PLACING THE FIRST ORDER

Below a step-by-step instruction to place the first manual software submission order is provided. The process of placing orders for the press-release submission service is identical to placing the order for software submission, that’s why they will not be regarded separately.

1. To access the order management panel, use Login and Password, specified by registration. To access the order management panel, select Order from the horizontal menu.

2. To add information on the submitting program switch to the Programs tab and fill in the form offered. Enter the exact name of the submitting program and define the description file location on your computer. It is necessary to specify the location of the file which has been formed with the help of a special ProfileBuilder utility. It's extension is .prb for the program and .psb for press-releases. Press Add.

3. After the submitting program has been added the information can be viewed and edited if necessary. To do this press the link with the name of the program added – First program.

4. After adding the program go to the New Order tab and select the Submission program service. Press Next.

5. If you add information on several submitting programs, out of the drop-out menu select the one for which you want to order submission service. Also select one of the submission packages (their descriptions are contained at the screenshot):

- Single program submission
- 5 programs submissions
- 10 programs submission

Press Next button.

6. Specify the desired date of performance for your software submission(select the date in the drop-out menu). The list contains just the dates, which are available for performing the order. Any date within the next 60 days starting with the current date, can be chosen. Press Order.

7. When the order for software submission is completed a message is displayed specifying which order has been placed and for what date.

8. Information on the order can be viewed at the Order tab.

9. Further information on other programs (press-releases) can be added or new orders placed. After the order is paid for, its status will be changed into Confirmed and paid and the order will be performed on the date you specified.
